What Is the AIMS Gateway

One-line description: AIMS Gateway is AIMS TPA's secure online portal where employer groups manage their benefits administration — individual enrollments, census data, invoices, and payments — all in one place.

Enrollment & Census Management ✅ Yes Employers can manage member enrollment and census data directly in the portal, bulk uploads need to be done with support of AIMS Team.

Claims Status ❌ No Verify scope before communicating to employers

Access Code System

ℹ️ Each employer group receives one unique Employer Registration Code at launch. This code is to setup login credentials for each user that is authorized per the business. The code may be shared internally within the employer organization.

ℹ️ The portal will live at aimstpa.com (new website) → AIMS VBA Gateway. Our role is to issue access codes, communicate proactively, and support groups through activation.
