1. Setting up Credentials

Via the link above, click Create Account to register a Username for ongoing login capabilities.

📧 Your login credentials will arrive from [email protected] add this address to your contacts so nothing lands in spam.

Click the link in that email to confirm your account, then head back to the portal. You will see a message like this prompting you to go back to the portal page / link.

2. Monthly Billing Rhythm

📬 Invoice arrives around: the 15th of each month 💳 Payment due: the 1st of the following month

Any enrollment changes made on or after the 15th will be reflected on your next invoice.

3. One-Time Payment Process

Keep your latest invoice handy.

Please note that requests to void a payment must be received by 3:00 PM on the day the payment was made. After that cutoff, the payment can only be refunded once we are notified
